“ One of my favourite spots in Paris, I keep coming back!! The atmosphere is relaxed, they have great wines by the glass, and the menu is super affordable by Parisian wine bar standards. Also don’t skip desert- always so good. ”
“ Cafe du Coin could do with 6 stars all round! Perfect cafe located just outside the centre, it is buzzing with a lively and friendly atmosphere. Staff were incredible and as a solo diner they perched me at the bar where all the locals chatted with my pigeon French. I opted for orange natural wine, and ate the cockles, deep fried zucchini flowers with rosemary mayo, smoked eel with strawberries and a pizette [mini pizza] with smoked mozzarella and zatar. All sensational. If you are a large group I'd advise booking of you can but waiting is worth it. Thanks you Cafe du Coin. ”
“ Such a lovely place to have contemporary french bistro food. At 21 you'd be hard pressed to find a better place in Paris that serves entree plat dessert at such quality and value. Unpretentious, clean flavours and good taste. The menu I had today was a pizzette with smoked mozzarella, veal with asparagus and a miso creme brulee which I unfortunately did not take a picture of. The service staff was also very attentive and welcoming, and kindly obliged to my request for an iced latte (even though it wasn't on the drinks menu), which turned out to be very well made. I think their beans and bread are from 10 Belles, which were very nice too. Recommended to come early to grab a table because the place fills up really fast. Seating was a bit too cramped and talking becomes difficult when the service in full swing, but I think that adds to the communal feel. Definitely a local's favourite. ”
“ Very very good food. Nice and cool atmosphere. ”
“ A relaxing atmosphere on a Sunday night. We took 4 mini pizzas, 3 mini dishes, and 1 glass of wine and we paid only 60! A wonderful selection of natural wines by the glass and great little pizzas. And of course the staff was wonderful too! ”
“ Can't rate food as we turned up at 11:15pm on a Monday night.....but great service from everyone involved. We arrived ten minutes before our son and his wife appeared, but it was no problem. Felt in our heads, as if we had stopped them going home, but were always made to feel welcome. Would recommend this little gem to anyone. Thank you to everyone at this establishment...... XXX ”
“ nice atmosphere and friendly service. food was delicious. strong recommendation to take several small portions and share them! ”
“ Our coffee shop proprietor sent us here, completely full at 7:30pm, but only a couple of minutes to wait for a table. Young folk everywhere (we were comfortably the oldest) and seemed to be mostly locals. Tapas type dishes - delicious and organic wines. Mostly French spoken by the waiters. A great night ”
